Sell Used Climbing Shoes to us!
Condition class descriptions:
A - Brand new, unused. Shoes that are either completely unused or have only been tried on.
B - Very good condition. The shoes have been climbed in for a session or two, but still have a very sharp rubber edge.
C - Climbed in for a few sessions. Plenty of life left in the rubber, but clearly used.
D - Basically no life left in the rubber, or have just gone through the sole. Perfect time for a resole.
E - Past the point of resoling, has holes through the rand and/or material below.
These conditions are mostly regarding the rubber on the front of the shoe, but any additional damage may drop the condition class, for example damage to the upper, the straps, the heel etc.

How it works:
1. Put your details into the form and get an instant quote for your shoes based on the condition.
2. Wait for confirmation from our team, and send the shoes to us. (Or arrange a meet with us at a London Based climbing wall)
3. We will check the condition matches your description. If we think the condition is different, we will send you an updated offer. Once accepted, we will send you the cash. If rejected, we'll send you back your shoes free of charge. (Or if a meetup, we'll give you cash on the spot)
FAQs
What happens if we disagree on the condition class?
Assuming good pictures of the shoes are provided, if there is a class discrepancy, we will flag this before asking for the shoes to be sent to us.
If none, inaccurate or poor pictures are provided, and the shoes are of worse condition than proposed, we may put forward a revised offer. If this is the case it will be up to you at that point whether to accept or decline the new offer. If declined we will post them back to you free of charge.
How will you send me the money / voucher?
We can send money via bank transfer or via paypal, as you prefer. We will get your details after we've received the shoes.
If you choose voucher, we will send you a voucher you can use when checking out
Will you pay for postage?
Unfortunately we cannot offer to pay for postage, on top of the quoted price.
However, if for any reason we have to send them back to you, this will be free of charge.
What happens if the shoes get lost in transit?
Unfortunately if the shoes are lost in transit by the courier, we cannot take responsibility for this. Therefore, we recommend tracked and signed postage, when sending to us.
